## Fees

### How much does Trady charge per trade?

Trady charges 1.00% per trade at the entry tier, falling to 0.70% at the top tier.
Your rate is set by your 30-day trading volume across all wallets and chains. The
minimum fee is $0.10 per trade. Full price list: https://trady.xyz/pricing.md

### What is the minimum trading fee?

$0.10 per trade. At the 1.00% entry tier this only applies below roughly $10 of trade
value. A $5 trade pays $0.10 rather than $0.05.

### How do Trady fee tiers work?

Tiers run on a rolling 30-day volume window measured in USD. Crossing a threshold
applies the lower rate to your next trade immediately, with no claiming and no monthly
reset. The window rolls in both directions, so a quiet month moves you back down.

### Does Trady charge deposit or subscription fees?

No. Trady charges no deposit fee, no subscription, no platform fee, and adds no hidden
spread to quotes. The trading fee is the only Trady fee on a trade.

### Is the fee charged on failed transactions?

No. If a trade does not execute, Trady charges nothing. Network fees on reverted
transactions are set by the blockchain and are typically minimal.

### How much does the cross-chain bridge cost?

Moving your stable balance between chains costs 0.50% of the amount, minimum $0.50.
The fee applies only to bridging. Trades, withdrawals and transfers between your
own wallets are same-chain and never pay it.

### Does Trady charge network gas fees?

No. Gas and priority fees go to the blockchain, not to Trady. Every trade quote shows
them before you confirm, and you control the priority component in Transaction Settings.

## Account and custody

### How do I sign up for Trady?

Sign up with email, Google or X. Trady automatically creates one Solana wallet and one
EVM wallet for the account. There is no waiting list and no approval step.

### Does Trady require KYC?

No. Trady does not require identity verification to create an account or to trade.

### Does Trady hold my private keys?

No. Trady is non-custodial. Wallets are secured by Privy infrastructure, and Trady has
no mechanism to move, freeze or withhold user funds.

### Can I export my private keys?

Yes, at any time, without asking permission or opening a support ticket. You can also
import an existing wallet into Trady.

### Can I use more than one wallet?

Yes. One Trady account can create, import, label and switch between multiple wallets.
Consolidate and Distribute move funds between your own wallets in one action, same-chain
only.

### Can I withdraw at any time?

Yes. There is no approval queue, no lock-up, and no mechanism for Trady to stop a
withdrawal.

## Chains and funding

### Which blockchains does Trady support?

Solana, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain are live. Ethereum and Base are planned.

### Is there a minimum deposit?

No. Trady accepts any asset from a supported chain, in any amount. Deposits credit the
balance of the chain they arrive on.

### Do I need an external bridge to move funds between chains?

No, and you should never use one for this. Moving your stable balance between chains is
one click inside Trady, at 0.50% with a $0.50 minimum.

### Why is my stable balance split by chain?

Trady holds a stable balance per chain — USDC or USDG depending on the chain.
Withdrawals, transfers and Consolidate/Distribute are same-chain operations, so each one
shows the balance of the chain you are on. The in-app bridge moves value between them.

## Trading

### What order types does Trady support?

Market orders and limit orders. Limit orders are take-profit and stop-loss only — Trady
has no buy-the-dip trigger.

### What is Quick Sell?

A one-tap sell at 25%, 50% or 100% of a position, plus Sell init, which sells the amount
of your original entry and leaves the profit riding.

### How do transaction presets work?

Three presets track live market values automatically: Chill uses the market average,
Rush multiplies it by 1.5, and Ape multiplies it by 2. Custom lets you set values
manually.

### Does Trady have a sniper?

No. Trenches combined with Instant Trade is the fastest manual path on Trady today.

### Does Trady have copy trading?

Not automatic copy trading. The Wallet Tracker streams the trades of wallets you follow
in real time and lets you repeat a trade in one click, but the decision stays yours.
This is deliberate: blind auto-copy is a well-known exit-liquidity trap.

### Why did my transaction fail?

## Discovery

### How do I find new tokens on Trady?

Discover has five feeds: Watchlist, Trending, New Pairs, KOL's Alpha, and Custom Radar.

### What is Custom Radar?

A feed you build yourself from more than 40 filters — liquidity, holders, dev history,
volume, age and others — saved as reusable presets.

### What are Trenches?

A live launchpad feed split into three stages: New, Soon and Migrated. It is the
earliest place to find a token on Trady, and the most dangerous.

### Does Trady check tokens for rugs?

Every token page shows the rug-check variables directly: top holders, dev holding,
snipers, insiders, bundles and security audit flags.

## Referrals

### How does the Trady referral program work?

Referrers earn 40% of their direct referrals' trading fees, 7% from indirect referrals,
and 3% from extended referrals — three levels deep.

### What is the minimum referral claim?

$1. The referrer pays the network gas fee on the claim.

### Do referred users get anything?

Yes. Users who join through a referral link get the Ape tier (0.90%) as a fee floor for
their first 30 days, and upgrade past it immediately if their volume crosses a higher
tier.

## Platform

### Is Trady audited?

A security audit by Hexens is in progress. The report will be published on completion.
Wallets run on Privy infrastructure.

### Is there a Trady Telegram bot?

A trading bot is planned at https://t.me/TradyCryptoBot, with no announced launch
date. It does nothing today. Anyone offering trading under that name right now is a
scam. Support runs separately at https://t.me/tradysupportbot

### Does Trady have a mobile app?

Trady runs in mobile browsers. There is no separate native app.

### Does Trady have a public API?
